My sis and I bought a printer yesterday, since our old printer reached it's end of life..

Kanang, after connecting everything to my pc (USB, Power), dili man hinuon ma-install ang driver,
Even if manual installation (choosing which port), di ghpon xa makit.an after.. saon man ni oi?

My sister needs to print lots of documents since she's a law student..
I need to print also my documents for my project..

* USB MFP hardware found ang mogawas inig ON or after reconnecting the USB.
but no drivers para ato..

* Then whenever I use the installer gamit ang CD, it won't detect my printer even if
naka ON na jud ang printer..

anyone have inputs on this? Been searching all over the net for hours..
wa jud ko'y makit.an.. huhuhu.. help..

C2D E6400
Geil 1GB Ram DDR2 CAS-5
WinXP SP2

Have you 100% followed its manual keenly on installing it?

yep yep yep.. every step.. more than 20x na nako sige basabasa ang manual..

Whenever I plug in or turn on the printer, ang USB MFP jud ang mo-detect.. But the installer from CD won't detect.

The manual said, nga i-cancel tong USB MFP, but di man modetect sa installer disk.. huhuhu...

install it to another workstation or computer there if you have one then observe whats the output. if it shall go fine, then there is a system problem in the erroneous pc that you have installed with earlier.

will do try tomorrow on using another workstation. medyo busy pa man gud.. mao diri lang ko sa istorya ngita solution.. Was supposed to go back to PCX for them to try, but I'd rather try it first in our other pc tomorrow. Layo man gud among office.. mao never thought of trying on other workstation..

Will give updates tomorrow eve.

Waaa.. I've tried using VMware, WINXP SP2 ghpon.. since I'm too busy right now.. Detected xa, but still offline ang mogawas sa Printers and Faxes..

I'll try pud kanang fixes using Tune Up utilities.. basin sa Registry ra ang error..

havn't found any solutions yet, but found an alternative way to print.. my VMWARE can print the documents..

I've printed some of my documents earlier..

We have a beginner / rookie users here sa amoa, so, I can't teach them how to print using VMware in 5 mins lang..

I hope I could find or someone could help me out here.. Aron ang Host OS na ang mo-print.. not the VMWARE OS.

btw, di ko pwede mag reinstall og OS karon, perting hasula.. I have lots of programs installed right now
and I can't remember all, coz some are just stand alone programs. kanang wala sa Add/remove programs
nga list.

If anyone knows how to find a solution, I hope you could help me out..

I've found a probable cause.

My usb drivers maybe mixed up on my Host OS.

Kay if mu-butang ko'g bag.o nga flashdisk, mangita'g driver.. But if I use my old flashdisk, ok ra man. detected dayon

I just need to fix siguro my USB drivers aron makainstall na ko sa akong printer sa akong Host OS..

Anyone have an idea? Chipmunk888, do you have any idea? Should I download Windows fixes? hehe.. thanks..
