nope. he truly is a supporter of BBL. he is a strong supporter of Federalism and BBL Framework is very close to a Federalism Framework.

Boss, here's my opinion, as for the current stand sa gov't of course he supports BBL. For the sake sa peace sa Mindanao.. he has given it a chance. However in his statement where he said, Federalism is an alternative to BBL. If given the choice he will easily go for Federalism. the framework for BBL and federalism is somewhat the same but not totally since it would be unfair to the rest of the units of local municipality/city/provinces of the entire Philippines.

Duterte proposed a federal type of government again in the country as an option to maintain peace and order in Mindanao, and the country as a whole.

A federal setup in the country will mean a government wherein sovereignty is equally divided between a central governing authority which is the Federation and the States which are the autonomous regions of the country.

it would be nice if si digong mahimong presedente kay iya na ipush ang federalism. which is what we really need para mo develop ang mga probinsya. kay if ma federalize na ang pinas, aw ang taga manila na ang magbayad sa subsidy nila sa MRT ug LRT. ang mga taga mindanao ug visayas di na maamong ana.
