    Usa sa ako na discover ron is in problem to weight loss mostly mao ni cya ato ma mislead (for me lang ha.hehe) ive been going to gym pila na ka tuig pero putol2 kay ma abtan og tapol kapyn nasad ko i tried a lot of 'ingani' yes some do works some dont , ive tried grbe kaayu na diet eat less which most of us do and burning yourself sa gym no pain no gain gud , but what i have dscvr is when it comes to weight loss we do really consider nutrition . Some are gifted na pas kaayu og metabolism some kay dli sad hinay mao na dali manakboo mao na gmy dako kaon dali kaayu compare sauban(masuya ko kana dako kaayu kaon pero dli dyud manambok) what ive dscver which is ive trying pa dyud na ei prove and is use ur body as a way of losing those fats. One very important thing to consider in weight loss program is our metabolism . As what ive said swerte kaayu ang uban na pas2 og metabolism, pero unsaon na lng to ang uban na dli. Hehe me myselft is hinay ko og metabolism .. What i did is we must know when exact time to eat , lets consider kong kanusa high metabolism sa ato body , ara ta mo eat (wla ko mo ingun na eat og daghn dyud eat in proportion ) .very improtnt eat breakfast . Usually atong metabolism is high ig morning to 2pm or some says na hantud hapon . So if our metabolism is high thats the best time to eat because dali ra ma metabolize ang ato gi pang kaon without increasing weight and eventually losng fats

    Sakto na na gamay rta kanon sa dinner kay ig ka gabii our metabolism starts to slow down which dapat mo eat ta og less. Question what if hinay ta og metabolism . Ive been trying this out ways na to jumpstart our metabolism . Foods is ang stimuli pra ato body mo metabolze (metabolism) so sakto sad na eat freq small feedings at least 5-6 a day but not eating to much u must also know what to eat lets talk that a little later. Then another ways na unsa oras ta dapat mo eat is after exercse because the best ways to increase or metabolism is exercise (i reccomend strenght training and cardio) what to eat ? As we age dapat ato kanon is less carbs more proteins because as we age we loss muscles in our body ( the more muscles we have the more our metabolism will increase) eat much better frsh like fish pork chicken aim for leaner muscles because the more leaner muscles you have the more increase ang metabolism nimo youll be burning fats more faster ka nindt ana bsg mg lingkod ka mag burn ghpon ka fats. Take in also vit . Because vit is needed in building repairing cells, muscles especially vit c . As for me i take centrum complete and vit c. Aim for leaner muscles . Mas nindt lge ana na mo lose ta og weight dli pa syud ma deprive sa atong kaon .. So try on considering on nutrition inweight loss mao ako gi try ko rn which effectve sa ako dli ko mka sulti if ka k cya eff tve ni sa tanan wla ta kabaw effectve ni sa imu hehe and tip befre working out drink coffee much better result in weight loss . Remember coffeee also helps in increasing metabolism tryto reseach more on how to increase your metabolism

    any food with protein and carbs (w/ low GI - Glycemic index) is fine. as long as you don't resort to canned foods, meal replacements (only for emergencies), and other junk food.

    Try to research about "Insulin". You will be more enlightened unsay reason role aning insulin sa pag-gain og weight. Once makabaw na ka then you will definitely know what type of food to eat to burn fat and what food to avoid to reach your goals. Also, be consistent with your workout but still it will all depend on your diet. Bear in mind that the right ratio is 70:30 - 70% diet : 30% workout.

    For long term results you really need to adopt a diet that doesn't leave you craving unhealthy food. No one has enough willpower to deny craving for years. Personally, i've found that a diet low in carbohydrates, moderate in protein, and moderate in animal fat (not shortening or vegetable oil) gives me steady energy throughout the day and eliminates craving. Whereas if i eat a bunch of carbs, i'm hungry again in an hour.

    count your calories to lose weight, count your macronutrients to change your body composition. Eat whole foods, less processed.
