anyone having problem sa new pldt modem na kasda? nagloloko kasi simula kagabi. nawawalan ng connection pero naka on naman and all lights are green, yun nga lang ung internet light eh steady instead of blinking.

same here bro. mao jud na ang akoa problema cge. di nako maka buntagay ug download. ALL LIGHTS ARE GREEN, PERO WALA NET. kailangan pa sad nako i-restart akoa modem para mu balik. maka sapot. mao sad imuha bro? imu pud i-restart ang modem? mga 2 weeks nako ga agwanta ani. abi nako sa modem ni nila. gyetey.

called pldt support and spoke with a technician sad. wla daw advice ang pldt nila about sa ila unstable connection lately. Pero nanong nag dungan2x man tawn ta na unstable ang connection. ila gi ayo na ako connection pero for sure 3 days from now mo balik nsad ni. 3 times nako gi anhi technician rn sa feb pa lang
