Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a degree in AB/ BS Psychology or equivalent
- Good command on verbal and written English
- Preferably with experience in the BPO industry
- Aggressive
- Can deal with different clients personally
- Have a high sense of urgency and attention to details
- Can work under pressure
- Fast learner
- Flexible in working hours
