HTIB na lang kung kapos jud sa budget pero kung mupalit naman lang gani ka og HTIB, make sure kana sad taong na HTIB.

Note: Wala nay Circuit City sa C.Mall. Close na. Balhin na sila sa Ayala under the store name of Classic Hifi.

HD-DVD and Blue-Ray disc have different format....ang HD-DVD una ni gawas sa Blu-Ray format pero wala mo-sikat kai gamay ra ang vendor 'support'........

daghan 'aluminum case' na Blu-Ray pero usually collectors kit (2 or more disc in the metal box)....

revive nako ni na thread mga masters. ngita unta kog pinakabarato na option. mga 60% movies, 20% games, 10% music ang usage ani, room size is around 20 sqm. dili man ko audiophile dali ra ko makontento sa audio quality. akong requirement kay

    1. optical/digital input (from tv to avr/htib)
    2. 5.1 surround

nice to have but not required

    3. bluetooth connectivity
    4. karaoke/mic in

akong nakitan na pinakabarato na 5.1 avr w/ digital inputs kay aroud 16k na onkyo w/ bluetooth, pero receiver pa lang na naay set na 5.1 speakers from onkyo/jbl/harman between 14-20k. naa pud onkyo na htib (Onkyo HT-S3800) almost 30k sa lazada, pwede sad unya 5.1 soundbar system kita kog sony nga tag around 12k (w/ 2 rear satellite speakers) pero out of stock sa lazada, ang next na pinakabarato kay almost 40k na polk w/ wireless subwoofer & rear speakers. dayon kita kog logitech z906, 5.1 siya dayon naay digital input, around 15k sa lazada. nalipay ra man ko sa logitech z623 so gina consider pud nako ni kay dako kaayo difference sa presyo. kanang sakura nga 5.1 channels na amplifier nga around 5-6k, pwede ba na siya og surround na input or stereo ra gyud?

so akong 2 options kay logitech z906 (15k) vs Onkyo HT-S3800 (28k), worth it ba price difference? or basin naa moy ma recommend na 5.1 soundbar (3 ch soundbar + subwoofer + 2 rear speakers) na available sa pinas na below 20k.

Naka kita ko ani na home theater by LG: DVD Home Theater System | LG Philippines PH

Nice daw kay 1000 RMS total power daw? then the price kay swak kaayo. Then daghan ug features. Also, kins to nag use ani maka ask ko sa inyo opinion nindot ba ni cya?

Let me know your best budget friendly suggestion for a home theater nga at least 1000 RMS total power or higher kanang medyo kusog pud bah.

Thanks and if ever maka palit ko ron next month ug maka hatag mo nako ug nindot na recommendation. Your suggestion is greatly appreciated.

    Daghang salamat

I'd be happy to help you with setting up a budget-friendly home theater! Here's a step-by-step guide and some recommendations for each component:

    Display (TV or Projector):

Look for a Full HD (1080p) TV or projector if you're on a budget.
Brands like TCL, Hisense, and Vizio offer good value for the price.
Consider the screen size based on your room size and seating distance.
    Audio System:

Start with a soundbar if you're looking for a simple setup.
If you want better audio quality, consider a 2.1 or 5.1 speaker system.
Brands like Yamaha, Sony, and Vizio offer affordable options.
For even more budget-friendliness, you could start with a 2.1 setup and later expand to a full 5.1 setup.
    Media Source:

A budget-friendly option is a streaming device like the Amazon Fire Stick, Google Chromecast, or Roku.
If you prefer physical media, consider a Blu-ray player.
    Seating:

Look for comfortable seating options within your budget, such as couches, recliners, or bean bags.
Consider the viewing distance from the screen for optimal comfort.
    Room Acoustics:

Use rugs, curtains, and cushions to help dampen sound reflections in the room.
These can also improve the overall acoustics of your setup.
    Cables and Connections:

HDMI cables are essential for connecting your devices.
Make sure to get high-speed cables to support 1080p content.
    Streaming Services:

Subscribe to streaming services that offer a variety of movies and TV shows.
Popular options include Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+.
    Furniture and Decor:

Consider shelves or TV stands to organize your setup and store devices.
Wall-mounted shelves can save space and give a neat appearance.
    Calibration:

Take the time to calibrate your TV or projector settings for optimal picture quality.
Many TVs have built-in calibration wizards that can help.
    Budget Allocation:

Allocate your budget according to your priorities. If audio quality is more important, invest more in speakers and a sound system. If video quality is a priority, focus on the display.
Remember that building a home theater setup can be a gradual process. You can start with the essentials and gradually upgrade components as your budget allows. Keep an eye out for sales and deals, and don't hesitate to research user reviews and recommendations before making purchases. Enjoy your home theater experience!
