if naa rka sa balay mag.work out and you do light exercise/stretching/yoga, pwede ra kaayo mag tiniil, pagbutang lang og YOGA MAT. If adto ka outside like gym, and you do heavy exercise like weightlifting and running then i suggest wearing a pair of shoes, it helps in cushioning the impact to your feet preventing injuries BUT whatever works for you then go for it..hihi
