Healthy Diet Food Delivery in Cebu City

Hi guys,

Could you share referrals of people you know who deliver healthy diet meals to your home?
Not looking at Cohen or Vegan (too strict) so preferably South Beach or Paleo Diet Food delivery.

Hi, from what I know is kato sa Choi City but it's not what you're looking for coz Cohen based to...but it's good though. South beach is ok but dili kaayo siya lami (well actually all diet foods are not that good anyways coz they're bland). Haven't tried paleo though.

You can check it(Choi City) out though, basin makauyon ra ka hehe Ask for their cohen based menu.

I really doubt you'll find anyone to deliver genuinely healthy meals. Almost all restaurants/ food businesses add quite a bit of sugar to their dishes because sugar tastes good and is very cheap, even though it's terrible for your health. Personally i eat a mostly paleo diet but most meals are prepared at home. Since you're a chef, perhaps you can suggest some meals?

Good luck finding Paleo here in Cebu unless you cook it yourself. I've been searching for one for a long time. Most "healthy" food delivery here in Cebu are vegan/vegetarian and are very CARB heavy(Opposite of Paleo).

kapoy prepare og food if mag paleo diet pero worth it kaayo. Palit nalang og lechon baboy or lechon manok or tinola sa AA permi ts... paleo man na lol
