Too bad walay ayo ang SM pagka developer. As far as development goes, Ayala wins by a mile. Tan-awa lang ang Fort ron. It's arguably the most liveable space in Metro Manila. Look at Makati's CBD. Almost the same thing.
SM? Wa man gani silay gibuhat lang sa grabeng baha gawas sa mall diri basta ting-uwan. Ug bisag basurahan man lang, nag tinihik ang SM Cebu. And SM's malls are uninspiring, ugly blocky structures. Even SM Aura is boring next to Greenbelt.
Perhaps the only good thing that can be said about SM is that I think they're the first to zone their shops by category, making it easier for shoppers to know where to go. Ambot nalang sa Ayala, especially the older malls like Alabang Town Center.
