    Diet + Exercise is the formula. 70% diet and 30% ang exercise. Ang workout is easy the most difficult part is the diet. Also diet means not eating or limiting your food intake diet means eating clean. A good start is to stop eating junk food and stop drinking sugary drinks. Good Luck

    Eat healthy (fruits, veggies, NO to fast food and junk food...), drink lots of water, exercise. Naa koy ka gym nga mag sports, mag jogging, nya mag gym pa jud ighuman. Mga 3-4 months nigamay jud siya, I mean di na siya tambok nya naform pa iya lawas, pero proper diet sad jud.

    proper sleep, proper diet and more on clean water than sodas. exercise doesn't mean anything if stressful pd ka ug work/lifestyle/activities. when you're getting physical with your daily chores, you are already burning calories. sa kadtong mag pa niwang gyud, you have to have more liquid than food in your body. pero bottom line ani is just be healthy.

    Cut your calorie intake. Then cardio like jogging or brisk walking.

    Pabusog og maayo eating vegetables tl. Especially brocholli ky gamay kaau ug calories. Pwede sad oatmeal. Minimize sa karne. Light exercise lng sad imo knahanglan. I shud know. Ilost 120lbs over 5 mnths doing this
