sa akong mga nabasahan miss.. tag 2000 daw ang per month nya unli session?.. dont know if sakto ba to..
din if ganahan ka per session lang jud.. 200 daw good for 2 hours..
ni join nako diri with office mates.. intense kaayo 2hours nga session dmd ang singot..
I think outdated na nga sched ang naa sa banner.
Monday to Friday naay 6:00PM-8:00PM and 8:00PNM-10:00PM sessions then Saturdays kay 4:00PM-6:00PM and 6:00PM-8:00PM
yes basic ra sya but mas grabe maka pasingot compared sa mag zumba2x. mas lingaw sad sya if mujoin ka with friends.
I heard ang sa Talisay nga MuayThai kay training jud sya for fighting so more on sparring2x didto and naa sad jdu silay boxing ring
wala lagi. nindot unta tog daghan sched para kung malahi nsad shift maka join gihapon
since 5:00AM-2:00PM ako shift ron, dia ko sa Tactical Fitness Center ni join kay naa sila kickboxing classes 3PM every TTH and naa sad lahi na sched. Balik rako sa IT Park kung mufit nsad sa ako work sched.
Okay rasad ang training sa TFC 1 hr per session then tag 30sec-1min ra ang rest/breaks hangak sad kaayo basig makauyon ka.
