[color=navy]Question, what are the situations exactly being depicted in this topic? Being a whistle blower on the activities of your fellow employees? Or the activities of the company you're working for?
It's really up to one's own conscience and values.
Personally, I would report a co-worker's actions if I find these to be detrimental and destructive on the company's welfare~ if the company gets affected, I and others get affected too. It's best for the company to know and remove such elements like how a surgeon would remove cancer cells. But I suggest that one should follow the protocol in this matter and through the chain of management so that the managers can do their job, dealing with such matters internally and delicately.
And on whistle-blowing on the company, well I would be more cautious because its more than one person that will be affected~ so it would have to depend on the activities in particular. Like using dead cat or rat meat as ingredients. Putting drugs in food to make it more addictive. Using cheap materials or substandard designs that would inevitably lead to accidents.
If such activities directly and indirectly causes harm and fatalities to people, of course I would report these to the proper authorities with sufficient evidences.

i think if it is against my values jud, i will leave the company nlng... maybe if the problem to be uncovered is for the good of the people (ex.. food company that sells unsafe and dirty products) maybe i will document the mga nanghitabo secretly before leaving the company and later on, give it to the media/DOH/whatever agency and naa nana nila unsay ilang buhaton...
sometimes, lisud man gud ni doing the right thing.. morally sayun ra pero in real life, piligro man coz many ppl would want to silence you
it denends like springfield said
