    ..thanks for the reply bro.. ni apply na ko gahapon and they put my application on active status. taman ra ko sa in depth interview because their IT Helpdesk salary offer matrix is mas gamay sa akong current pay with CVG, so magwait ra daw ko sa other openings (i think he meant Back-office position, kay mao akong nadunggan nga dako ug offer murange ug 25-30k depende sa imong tenureship sa previous company nimo and muapas jud sa imong previous salary).. April man iyang giingon so i am still thinking if paabuton nako na or muapply na ko lain.. anyone there with same experience as mine and if natawagan na ba mo.. please help me decide.. i really really wanted to work with this growing company..

    Same here still waiting for their call. I was also in there active profile and wait pasd for new opening. Well if you really want to be part of the company its better wait ky ako huwat nlng sd pud worth it mn sd kung mka sud ka as advice sa ako kaila naa dha... Hehehehe

    A few of my colleagues applied for this position last week.. pero wala man sila pang dawata kay "overqualified" daw sila sa position, and the position is an Entry Level. So pwede bisag walay experience pwede maka apply. So dili sila mo dawat kung taas2x nakag experience being an IT Helpdesk. A big factor was the salary dili sila ka afford or dili sila willing mo sweldo ug dako para ani nga position.

    In any case, a bit disappointing bec. several of my colleagues at work is considering QBE including me.

    A few of my colleagues also got turn down for this position bro.. saw the form from QBE the other day and like you naka "active file" ra sila. Wala man sila mo gukod sa current salary sa akong mga kauban and you are right ilang offer for the IT Helpdesk position is way too low sa 20-25K salary bracket. Sayang lagi kay abi namo dako ilang offer sa Helpdesk nila.. if you have 2 yrs experience as Tech support maypag sa Xerox ka mo apply 25K pa ang basic.
