Speedtest results are okay but not really when browsing.

Nag pa static ko... Same ghapon ang route agi ghapon sa 10.xxx.xxx.xxx pero yes my static ip is seen as public in the internet...

Know why? Because through that they can implement user quotas... As you can see still connected with FUP.

All DSL home and small business goes through it for bandwidth control.

mao pud na ako nabantayan sa ako connection boss. naka static but still agi gihapon sa ilang new netwrok implementation, meaning sa private IP. about 1 week-everyday sige followup globe technicians sa ako line, all i said na if dili mi ninyo ibalik sa inyong old network, bisan naka static pa ni we will experience jud intermittent issues, labi na on peak-hours mostly during the night(since mao raman pud ako time tinggamit at home). nakasabot ang tech ako ka storya, unsa jud ang situation but wala silay mahimo. i told globe na i remain open ako job # and considered unresolved...

I correct lang tika, globe doesnt cap speedtest and browsing separately. If you are experiencing difficulty with browsing but not with speedtests then that is still because of CGNAT.

Actually when you reach your daily limit, speedtests will also slow down to the headroom penalty they set for your account...

I still yet to know whether they are proxying things up that might explain slow browsing at times....

5mbps is "okay" naman na for 1080p streaming. better check if maka sustain imo connection, kai basin gi sekreto ka ug limit sa imo bandwidth

on topic... dugay ba gyud mo lihuk ning globe diri sa cebu? matay 1 week na wala pa gyud tech ni adto sa balay para mag install/transfer sa akong DSL connection... sa manila 2 days ra, paksit na dayon...

Naay sayon nga paagi para ma dali bro. Call Globe directly then reklamo to the max. Sila pa mismo manawag sa technician para mapadali ang pag fix sa imo internet.

3 times a day ko manawag bro... hotline ra man ko manawag... not unless naa kay kaila nga insider sa globe nga pwede nimo ma share arun tawgan nato directly...
