Sa unionbank naa ana na debit card. mas gamay pajud ang exchange spread sa unionbank. pro mas nindot jud ang credit card kay almost all merchant mu.accept..
actually you do need to link your paypal account to a credit card to fund your purchases... but as far as I know we in the Philippines can receive payments, but whatever money we receive in our paypal account we cannot withdraw to a local bank and get that cash.. unless something has happened recently that I am not aware of... anybody know anything new?

yes, got this news from other forum... this is a good news to all of us earning online..
you can send money thru paypal pero dili ka ka receive ug money... nya naay limit ang money na i send... i really didn't have a good experience sa paypal...they kept charging me with account changes and etc...
