I need a quick loan for personal use. At least 100k, preferably same day release. I own a small building with 6 rooms for rent. Currently, all rooms are occupied with good paying tenants. I have DTI, ITR, financial statement, bldg plan/permit the works etc...I tried applying for personal loan from banks only to be declined after several days of waiting and preparing the papers nga ilang gi require, because 2 months pa lang daw ko nga credit card holder, should be at least one year daw. Complete waste of time, so karon need na gyud nako. Any suggestion or referral would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

if imo hinuon collateral imo building with 6 rooms, ipa-appraise paman then, ipa-mortgage pana.
it takes time pag process. personal loan needs enough income reflected sa imo ITR. business loan needs stable business at least 2 years of operation then earnings reflected sad sa ITR.

pero try kaha sa cfi nga coop, murag same day release to ilaha pero you need to be a member. every saturday man siguro to ila seminar. then, mohatag pasad ka og share capital. set-up sa coop kay a portion sa imo share capital ra imo ma loan pero if naa kay ika-collateral, a portion of its appraised value siguro ma release.

Thanks but I'm not a member of CFI and I heard it takes time ug at least 7k to be a member and to avail of such loan. Gamay ra man sad nga amount akong kinahanglan mga 50k ra man, impason ra unta nako in two months. Salamat sa reply bro.
