Hi ninyo tanan..nag apply ko gnina (jan 26 2015).. nakapasar ko tanan assestment..except sa last daw nga process which is Phone Simulation?.. enlighten me guys please and by the way..after ana ug mapasar mao naba daun? hire na? hahaha sorry i just worried bec im leaving my current job for telstra.. one last question..how much are u getting tho per 15/30? just the range wud be a great info

phone simulation/validation? kato ning supervisors from the account ang mag interview nimo. IMO ok raman na, na lose gani nako ang customer sa phone simulation pero pasar man daw gehapon ko hehehe. just be firm and dont second guess yourself. bahala nanag mu disconnect nana imong customer ayaw gyud usba imo answer hehehehe.

after nimo sa phone sim/validation kay pasar nagyud na hehehe. by the way telstra teleperformance ko and all entry level agents sa akong LOB with or without exp gets 8.5k-10k per 5/20. then naa pud monthly performance bonus up to 12k.

my sister which is a supervisor for 2 years from a different LOB but still telstra teleperformance gets about 10k-11k per 5/20

. so mag depende lang gyud na sa LOB if dako ba ang allowance or not
