ESPN:
Kobe Bryant was selected to start in the 2015 NBA All-Star Game, but perhaps fans got it wrong and should have voted for the Rockets' James Harden, who leads the NBA in points per game this season.
WTF! The fans got it wrong? The millions of fans who voted got it wrong? LOL
I agree James Harden may be the leading scorer, but he's not marketable enough for the fans to vote for him. Bottomline is, it would be the fans' decision as to WHO they want to see play. I don't understand why these idiots from ESPN would question the fans' decision. SMH
Kobe got the 40th spot on ESPN's 2014 NBA player rankings before the season started. They even ranked Chris Paul second. Kobe proved them wrong so far by ranking 9th in the league for points per game with 22.3 along with 5.7 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.3 steals in 35 games. Is that how a 40th best player perform?
ESPN may still be scratching their heads and now they would question the fans' votes. Interesting.
Still no love for Kobe, ESPN?
