you mean Luis Vuitton? you can try rustans but im not sure if you can buy authentic LV bag in cebu. nobody is willing to spend 100,000+ for a silly bag. if there is no demand, there is no supply. maybe sa manila naa but i also doubt it. if i want to buy luxury designer bags i wont go for LV. daghan kaayog fake that yours will just blend in with the fakies. personally i dont like LV bags. too colorful it looks childish hahaha.
