Virgin Island is actually Silion Island, dapit ra sad sa Hilantagaan, nindot kaayo ang balas didto, you can hire a pumpboat from the resorts in Bantayan to take you there(2500 back and forth, actually for whole day use na cya), nya 50 per head pagnaog sa Virgin Island..nindot ang balas didto pino kaayo, clear kaayo tubig then diverse nga marine life tungod sa corals, sadly kita ko mga cellophane nga nasangit sa mga corals didto, dapat i take care jud ang atoang natural scenery

bai, puno imo inbox. i tried sending a reply to your PM.[br]Posted on: September 10, 2007, 08:36:40 AM_________________________________________________y oneek was the one featured sa sports unlimited.
as mentioned by someone sa thread, look for precy... and you can really haggle with the price.
yoneek is just beside budyong (?) resort. if you drive past the church, make a left sa corner sa school and just go straight, you'll find it there.

what i like about the place is if you want a vacation, you will really have one. the place is secluded because mura siya compound. the beach no their side is very serene, dili balud. there is a bar, huts by the shore... and monkeys on trapeze

Went to Bantayan first week of Sept.for 3 days. We stayed in Kota Beach resort. they have nice beachfront suite cabanas which we rented for 1700/nite instead of 2000/nite..low season man ..then we went to Virgin Island..we paid 1800 for the pumpboat..wasnt very big, might accomodate about 15ppl. There's an entrance fee there..and the rate depends on the Lola who's taking care of the island. She asked 400 for fee...cottage rent, entrance fee + free use of cooking utensils and cutleries..the pumpboat man was the one who cooked for us. If you want to get the number of the guy you can Pm me. its better to call him direct and arrange than go thru a canvasser who will charge you a higher rate.

    Default Snorkeling on Bantanyan island

Has anyone here been to Bantanyan island (Santa Fe) and gone snorkeling there? I'm curious as to know how good it is. I've decided against going to Borocay due to what iIve read about the over-commercialisation of the place and I was in Bohol last year. Panglao beach was fun but the actual snorkeling around the beach area was disappointing.

    Any help would be appreciated
