Smart buddy postpaid requirements ayala branch

hi.. anyone.. kinsay kabalo sa requirements for applying smart postpaid....
dri sa smart ayala branch... then their hotline number sab please..
i do only have valid id and debit card.. wla pako employment id kai. wala pami gi.issuehan ug id..naa noon ko payslip.. then naa pud ko copy sa contrata work nako sa company...
dayun sa proof of billing address wla ko ikapresent kai nag rent raman gyud ko bhauz dinhi cebu..
please help....
