REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- With at least 1.5 years relevant call center experience in Customer Service, operating in a customer-oriented atmosphere.
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- With background in B2B delivery model is a definite advantage.
- Good organizational skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled to work at a minimum supervision to no supervision at all.
- Candidates with excellent attendance record from previous employers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work on graveyard and/or shifting schedules.
- Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
- Must be willing to work in Mactan NewTown.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to accept incoming calls and make outbound calls to follow up with customers.
- Responsible to reply to emails and provide assistance.
- Excellent communication skills,written skills, excellent organizational skills, people person. With an outgoing, happy and polite personality.
