Salamat sa imu advice sir....about sa white sand sir na ako gigamit, kani nga sand gigamit ni niya sa iyang aquarium cge na pud ni xa was was ug tab-ang basta manglimpyo mi, iya gibuhi ana Red belly pirangha, tab- ang na tubig.

Ang akong question sir, ma retain pa ba gihapon iyang calcium ani bisag dugay na gamit sa tab ang na water..nya cge na was was.

after 3years g.tamtan ug fresh water aquatic plants (cabomba)... after a week... nag.itom-itom ang leaves...
meaning acidic japon ang sand...

but try lng ser... experiment... gawas tseguro ug pa.bukalan nemu ang sands...
mawala tseguro ang calcium/acidic content sah sand... try it... update us unya...

Could someone help me how stop sa mga snail, grave ni daghan pag au ang snail sa ako aquarium, i already try different products to stop na snail wala man effect. I also try totally change the water and wash all the plants para ma wala ang mga eggs sa snail , after a couple of weeks na-a nasad daghan. Looy na ka au ako mga plants na nga boslot na ang leaves.

Hi.

Could someone help me how stop sa mga snail, grave ni daghan pag au ang snail sa ako aquarium, i already try different products to stop na snail wala man effect. I also try totally change the water and wash all the plants para ma wala ang mga eggs sa snail , after a couple of weeks na-a nasad daghan. Looy na ka au ako mga plants na nga boslot na ang leaves.

I'm not sure unsa imu type of snail naa sa tank, but sa ako experience with my snail problems dli man cla ga damage sa ako plants... Usually naa buslot2x because naay nutrition deficiency ang plant... I tried mga snail remover, ang shrimps ra man nuon ang gi patay and snails wala. But what helped me is that i found out some types mo breed fast on warmer waters... So I lowered my water temp to 24-25c... Ni hinay ila production and dli cla mu dako maayo... Mas ma control nako cla, pro dli jud 100% ma wala. You can also buy a fish na kusog mu kaon ug snails, ang best na fish for snails kay ang dwarf puffer fish (Only keep one) kay mu hunt jud cya ug snail lingaw kaayo tanawon, only problem ani niya is that it also nips on slow moving fishes. Also try not to over feed kay if sobra ang fish food it will be snail food. BTW i think ang type sa ako snails are malaysian trumpet snails... not sure though.

1.) Manually get/kill visible snails (some crushed snails make good fish food)
2.) never overfeed (fish,shrimp, etc) other desired living organisms within the tank
3.) look under the leaves for eggs and either scrape or tear the leaf out.
4.) Keep a clean tank. Water change 30-50% once or twice a week.
