Chase even accepts fresh graduates. I even did not have any experience when I started. Although your basic will not be that big compared to other employees who have had past experience with the BPO industry. From what I heard, Chase is one of the companies that gives the biggest starting pay for those without experience.

What's unique about Chase is that during recruitment you don't even have to take any kind of tests. You just go through a series of interviews.
