I don't know of any but here are some supplemental sources to help you:

That site does not stress learning a language through training but rather through immersion since it is the most effective but it is the costliest of all. Fortunately due to fast internet you can still immerse yourself in the target language of your choice via chat. They recommend skype.

They offer group classes & private classes for beginners and advanced learners. Experienced German native & also non-native speakers as teachers, handle the classes. Books with audio-CDs are also used with the course. Students who enroll are mostly those who need it for their visa (working visa, family reunion visa, fiancée Visa, au- pair etc.). Per course. Silbeng 1 course runs about 3 months long og naa pod coaching if you want to take the German exam via Goethe Institut.
Complete course fee: 20,850 PhP. It's the most affordable rate in Cebu if you consider that the usual rate is 400-500.00 PhP per hour for standard foreign language classes. The whole course runs 3 months baya with 120 teaching units. So that's 200+ ra ang per hour.
Classes are 4 times a week. Each session lasts 3 hours. Naay morning schedule 8:30-11:30AM og naa pod PM schedule: 4:30-7:30PM. Every month naay new batch mag-open, usually 1st or 2nd week sa month. Inquire lang directly sa school. Last day tomorrow before the Christmas break starts, then Jan. 6 napod magopen balik.
