what do you mean? ... the lower the kb i guess when reencoding it, usually sacrifices the quality?

compressing your MP3 files lowers the quality of the sound

the video conterpart for ogg is ogm and OGM has a better image quality than AVI and unlike AVI it also support subtitle files.

Seemed unlikely that ogm has lower quality than mp3. OGG is beng used in some professional audio productions

but if your talking about low quality
how bout MID or MIDI files hehe.
