Not only government suffers corruption also private companies have this problem. Been to various companies, some even promote a culture of politics and corruption, normally they promote people who are a$$ kissers and puppies, evidently has a very poor performance to mediocre in their job and gets promoted.
Some companies strive for integrity, although we cannot avoid some people are corrupt but generally the culture and management are the big driver for integrity and would overshadow these people.
