question:bai maka help ba gyud kung i lessen ang intake sa rice? grabe man gud ko sa rice. i mean para maka gain ko ug muscle mass ba?
Rice = Carbs, are needed if you want to build up muscles, gives you strength and energy to life heavy... lessen rice if you are on a diet...

in one week ka tulo ra ko mo workout..first day chest ug bukton, then next day shoulder,arm and back and sa last day legs ra gyud wana lain..
