On weekend, sweets jud ako cheat reward, bahala na basta pasingot
galore on weekdays.
First time to try running after my workout at the gym, so far I enjoyed
the bonus workout Nya it helped clear my mind from work stress.
My goal is to be lighter in time for CCM2015 on January![]()

Its okay to eat carbs at night pero make sure mag jogging jud or best Is circuit training mo.
My Dinner kanina was 2 boiled Eggs and 2 bread na tag 5. Washing was c2 Hehe.

I'm careful on my food intake now because I don't have
the luxury of time to do the usual workout grind. So I
don't eat more if I haven't burned calories as expected.
Today I had salmon and one cup rice for breakfast,
green salad and tuna sandwich for lunch then fruit bowl
for dinner.
Need to lose weight so I can sustain in my running since
it's so tedious to do road runs when you're so heavy lols
