Hmm 3 weeks ago i wieghed around 90 - 93 kgs. karun ako last weight in sa gym kai 81 na! yehey hahahah!

ive been trying to improve my image para sa aq confidence ug self esteem kay in reality negative kaayu ko interms of me. pessimistic. ive been cutting my food. i used to eat 2 cups of rice per meal ug grabe ang sud an meat, processed food, noodles etc. Mao naka decide ko nga mag oatmeal rako for breakfast around 8 am para kung gutomon ko ana na ting lunch. sa lunch cut down ko ug rice then isa ra ka sud an ako kanon. mao sad sa dinner. lately i started jogging ug hitting the gym hopefully ma tone na ako lawas pero im not expecting fast results. malipay na kaau ko ug sington ko. hahaha apil na siguro ang factor nga broken hearted ko. mao ingon nila dali ra daw ko ni lose weight still hesitant ko hahaha. it all boils down to control and discipline. good luck nato guys!

BTW aq height kai around 5'7 - 5'8 23 y.o male
