Bros, @xiongmaw, @korg17, @shryock and @ston3sour thanks for coming over sa mini meet nato ganiha and was a pleasure to meet all of you. It was a nice experience for me that's for sure and I hope we'll have more soon with more peeps and gears to experience.

Bro korg's Burson Conductor was crazy good sounding even bro xiongmaw described it as a GOD sounding! damn, I never thought my old Senn's can still sound better even with a sucky cable on it.. now I'm so convince to never dispose of it cuz of it's potential hehe thanks for bringing the Burson korg17 and oh yeah, the PURE II has big time PRaT foshooW! you guys have to hear it to believe it!

haha thanks Bro, the reviews on the Pure II were more than enough to convince me, but it was still an eye-opener when i finally heard it. But really, that Conductor + HD-650 is magical, as they say, its the pairing that really matters. makes me wanna get an HD-800 now except i dont have budget anymore hehe

Hi guys, sorry was not able to make it...

Yes, I concur, the HD650 albeit a bit old already is still one of the most euphoric sounding cans out there, at the price it is going now, it is a steal... Both the HD650 and its sibling the HD600 scales very well with the equipment it is paired to... So much so with it being run balanced... And it does really shine with tubes...
@korg17, imho, the HD800 sounds like the HD650+HD600 combined... Pair it with a great amp and you will have great sound hehehe

Since I can't yet justify spending for an HD800, which with its $1,350 price is quite misleading as you will be itching to pair it with an amp that costs just as much, A DAC too and last but not the least, cables... So total damage would still be at least 3x-4x the price of the HD800...

I just settled for both for the mean time, listening to them alternatively, depending on my mood...

i agree with the HD800 being very picky with amps. but i trust this guy from headfonics/headphiles with recommending the HD800 and Conductor SL to be an awesome pairing. Now i just need to get my savings in order. hope the wife does not protest that much lol
