    Perme mag sakit ako legs and chest. Over all tanan lawas mo sakit pero madugay ky nawala ra.

    I make sure maka kaon kug hard boiled egg and Gatorade after work out.

    Lisud man jud magka abs unless you're skinny or lean muscular type. Kung chubby ka or fat, good luck kung maka abs ka. So many people are so obsessed with forms, when what is important is substance. Basta lang healthy lang ka, naa may uban abs tuod pero diabetic or high blood, naa poy tambok pero healthy ra hehehe.

    To gain abs, try this.

    If you have been going to the gym, then start with 2 sets of 10 counts of sit-up , three times a day, 1 when you wake up, 2 before lunch (do it at least 1hr before lunch) and 3, before you go to bed to sleep.

    For faster results, you do it 5 times (or more) a day as well as add more counts for each set.
