    guys, the year is ending but its not too late to start dba?? i want to lose weight sad. wala jud ko karecover after ko na pregnant then nanganak now that im FAT (huhuhuhuhu) insecure na jud kaayo ko. Im doing this for myself and for my partner nasad kay basin mao rani reason mag buwag mi tungod sa akong insecurity. Bad time to start ba?? christmas man gud paingon nya daghan kaayo parties lisod kaayo ug likay sa kaon pero I NEED TO CONTROL myself.

    just remember lang a moment on the lips is forever on the hips, and you are what you eat.. meaning if you eat unhealthy food it will show sa body (faaaaattttsssss) hahaha.. bitaw oie.. if you eat unhealthy you feel sluggish and fat which will show, If you eat healthy, even if you are still plus size you feel energetic and healthy and you will glow..

    tip lang nako for the holidays is choose wisely ang food, avoid sugar, okay rah ang rice and lechon.. pero in moderation.. it's not like the last meal sa imong life.. there's always lechon at the end of the year, birthdays, and other special occasions

    we don't need to buy expensive special healthy food nah ma kit.an nato sa mga specialty stores naa ra man tanan sa market, just because it's healthy dili pasabot nga dili nah lami..

    one of my favorite recipes involves a slow cooker, isa ka lata cream of mushroom soup and 500g of pork lean cuts (good for 5 people @ 100g each) before ka mo ad2 sa trabaho just put everything sa slow cooker + 1 can (sa cream of mushroom soup) of water and set it to low for mga 8 hours or so then parisan nimo ug 1 cup of rice it's a win!

    another vairation kay bbq ( look lang for sauce nah low in sugar, kay usually mga bbq sauce is kinda tamis2x) then same procedure (no more adding water) set it to high for 4 hours then low for 2 hours

    ni bulk up ko pero ang body weight is still the same. dili ni lose weight noh?

    sa mga nag aspire to lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle dira, pag sugod namo ug meal prepping. kay if you dont meal prep you are setting urselves up for failure. sayon ra i lose ug pila ka kilos/pounds pero if dili planado imo pagkaon sayon ra kaayo mag relapse.

    akoa budget sa akong prep kay 800 a week. mangompra ko sunday then ako lutu-on tanan ibutang lang sa microwavable containers. no salt no sugar sa akong mga niluto pero grabe ko mu butang ug black pepper, cayenne ug turmeric .. kanang 800 maka himo kog 14-16 meals ana. then para dili ko ma depress naa koy 1 meal per day nga i eat like a normal filipino. each meal has lots of lean meat, lots of veggies then i add the rice/sweet potato on the day nga ako na kaonon.

    lahi ragyud kung daghan kag stock nga prepped meals sa imo ref kay dili ka matintal ug kaon ug de lata or instant noodles or junk foods. i eat like 5 times a day but im getting leaner every week

    yep good for 1 week, murag 3 ra ka klase sa karne then 3 pud ka klase sa utan dunganon nako luto tanan. kung makaya nimo mag luto on the day for the whole day then why not. pero for people nga busy mas nindot ang weekly prep. i suway lang ug youtube "meal prep" daghan ra results.

    ang karne ray lutu-on jud kay ang vegetables nako like batong/baguio beans and even repolyo kay ako man i steam and it actually tastes better kay tam.is2x ang utan if i steam ra.

    again, para maka kita jud mo i search lang sa youtube ang "meal prep"

    My share in battling the bulge, just a lil fitspiration for all of us

    Numbers may be trivial for some but this huge drop is definitely inspiring. From size 18 in 2013, now size 8 in 2014. This won't make me stop from going further to reach my goal.

    Lagi boss ni loss man cguro kog fats pero ni bulk ako muscles. So wala ko ni lose ug timbang.
