hahaha ako sad ingon ana, basta makakita lagi ko ug lami mo siga dayun akong mata. Pero ako dayun huna huna-on if magpalabi ko ug kaon mas mataas akong pag exercise hahaha.. Unya tapulan man ko mag exercise mao d na lang palabi ug kaon.

medyo dili jd ko ganahn ug yoga murag boring para nako.. mas ganahan mn jd ko mg cge lihok as an exercise like dancing or boxing. problem is my sched... im working 4pm to 1am.. so walay time or place na maadtoan nako for exercise....

i wanted to try but wala sad jd koy time bec. of my sched.. and i dont want to do it at home na ako ra usa kay samot ka boring para nako... hehehe
