targetting these training methodologies
- lactate threshold intervals 2x a week.
- tempo runs 1x a week.
- recovery rides 1x week.
- rest day 1x a week.
- vo2max exercises once every 2 weeks.
1st. basketball....
2nd. jogging....
3rd. cycling...
MWF - lifting weights for strength(45 mins)
TTh - jumping rope, running for cardio(30 mins)
SatSun - Biking for one hour (cardio ) (tuyok2 sa may Opon)
