best psu for this processor is a PICO PSU....

Newbie here, just want to share my experience with this as well hehehe ....XD
If you have the juice bro, I mean if you have the money will try this one :
Processor - any HASWELL REFRESH processors because as Intel said they already made some changes for a lower TDP on these processors.
Cpu Cooler - Large Heat Sink is better than closed loop fan dependent water coolers, (except if your planning to overclock).
M. Board - Z97 chipset would be better because of its latest power delivery on each component.
GPU - GTX with 4 - 6 pin power connector - sorry I wouldn't recommend the RED TEAM because of its heat and power reviews.
PSU - any gold or platinum plus 600 - 700 watts. (for a better power efficiency)
For a lower cost pc with lower power & heat i will leave that to the experts here hehehe ... XD
