When it was still working fine, I usually get speeds from 15 - 21mbps in my area (Mandaue, near UCLM).
I wonder kinsa pa affected ani nga issue?
As for me, this has been going on for quite some time now and 2nd time na ko ni adto yesterday sa gizmo para ma.ilisan ang sim card to fix this problem.
First replacement (Monday - October 13), took less than 30min to get back my router after replacing the sim card. Pag.abot sa balay working (speed ran from 4 to 6 mbps - a bit of an improvement from the less than 1mb speed i was getting) for pila ka hours then balik na sad siya to less than 1 mbps.
Second replacement (Tuesday - October 14), this time, it took them 2hours + to replace the sim card and give me back my router. So ila kong gipa.speed test didto using my phone and it reached at around 4 to 6 mbps. Pag.abot sa balay, it maintained that speed and i thought na fix na jud ni. Natulog ko and pag.mata pag, kadlawn, guess what? speed is back to less than 1 mbps.
So karon, balik na sad ko sa gizmo to have them do the same thing and hopefully get a permanent fix. Something might be detecting and blocking your "solution" or "sim cards" for me to access the speed i usually get.
the same here. 1mbps even with parabolic grid antenna. but not sure if this still needs their configuration. antenna settings only adjusted to external.
