a lan card if its rated at 10mbps will never be 100mbps..

but! if a lan card is rated at 100mbps but then works only at 10mbps, then.. naa kay mga things mabuhat to make it run 100mbps, like for example are you using cables rated at 100mbps?? for ethernet, cat5 cables?, are you connected to a 100mbps switch? is the properties of the device (in windows) set to 10/100mbps? etc.
