ako. exercise lang, stretching2. pero dako2 man akong curve, surgery na daw. but in the meantime, stretching2 sa. pila imung degrees?

Naa pod koy mild scoliosis mga 11 degrees na.. gusto nakong di na mu grabe bah.. kinsay naay ingun ani nga case nga pag usab ug xray kay nigamay ang degree tungod sa exercise?

@bleb-the same ta 11 degrees karon lang na month ko diagnose. Been working in office job for 3 years.i was self employed before pero wla man ko ani..i think kay tungod most of the time galihok ko..dli magsit in front sa pc for a long period of time.

murag naa ko ani.. wa jud ko nagpa check pas docktor about ani, pero naa to one time gi xray ko, slightly curved gyud ako spine starting mid thoracic part...wa man nuon jud any backpain whatsoever...mada pa kaha nig exercise sa gym?
