    Default Help: Postponing Job Offer

Hi guys! I know this might make me sound like an ungrateful jerk but I just want to know if im doing the right decision. I am up for Job Offer this afternoon. I have been actively applying to multiple companies in the past few weeks.

I just want to know if anyone here tried postponing their answer for a job offer. They usually let you sign a contract directly right? the thing is i dont want to regret the decision of joining when another offer comes along. I want to evaluate better if this is really the better option for me.

Advice on the net says its okay but it is mostly abroad. I want to know if it is accepted here as well.

Please need your advices on this brothers

Haha.. You sound like me.. Make up your mind and stand by it. Otherwise molabay nalang ang 2014 di pa ka katrabaho.. Magmahay ra nya ka kay what u think is better kay di moabot unya ang opportunity na nindot gipalabay na nimo di na mobalik..

If companies can choose, so can we. OK ra na.. dili lalim mag work sa hell hole. The way I see it, daghan man pud kag kwarta siguro and you don't need a job right now otherwise, bisan mag gargador, patoson nimo.

Why not ask how long are they willing to wait for your response, a contract should work for both parties

TS, this is actually what I did before.. Okay raman.. I actually was in a similar situation before. I had 2 job offers and was still waiting for one more offer pajud kay 3 companies ako gi applyan. When the first and second companies showed me their job offer, I just told them if it would be okay for me not to sign their offer yet since I'm still waiting to see another offer from a different company and wanted to see my options first before I decide where I want to sign up with. I just was honest about it and they respected it. They actually gave me a week to decide and also asked me to call them just in case I have decided to sign up with the other company just so they will know and will not wait for me anymore. So that's what I did. I actually signed up with the company that offered the highest pay
