Is it possible and achievable if we say that we can have a 99.99% system and data accuracy? please state your reason if you agree or disagree. I will take any negative answers or violent reactions constructively since i'm doubtful that there is a 99.99% system and data accuracy.

basin imo pasabot knight26 kanang data entry and retrieval while ang system has an on-going maintenance ? but IMO it depends on the status of the whole pack. if its on maintenance stage then lisud nang 99.99% even pa gani ug fully functional naa man gani gihapon mo prevail but it can be tuned with a strategic work around.

Possible na bai. Naka basa ko application sa NASA I'm not sure kng unsay ngalan ato basta sa pag launch ato outer space hangtod karon wla pa na restart ang application nya accurate kuno ang send sa mga signal. I don't know kng g unsa nila pagka hibalo nga accurate, unsa mn ilang basis?

I think to achieve such system you need a time, dedication, expertise of the field, research, resources, personnel(experts) and a hell of a test.

I think there's no such software that is 99.99% bug free, that's the reason why every software have support and upgrades, Much more in data accuracy because it involves user intervention....

Uh, it depends on what you're trying to do, really. If you're just downloading a file from a remote source, a valid checksum or cryptographic hash means that what you have downloaded is correct.

If you're referring to a 99.99% bug-free program, well, it doesn't exist. Not in real-world commercial applications anyway. No one can program perfectly, except God. Hehehe.
