Cut refers to the step made during the cutting season. In bodybuilding, you will have the bulking season as well as the cutting season. As what i have understood, the bulking season is the season where EATING is the main ingredient.. it is in eating where you will gain weight and produce muscles. Here, you will eat at least 6times a day. So that during the cutting season, your muscles will be mature enough to cut. In simpler terms, the cutting season is just shredding off those fats to show those muscles you've worked for.
