If ilang ge offer nmu is lower sa imung current salary..pwede man nmu sila engnun nga mas dako pa imung salary karun kysa ilang ge offer..anytime pwede na nila eh change ang ge offer sa imuha bsta mu sulti lng ka....

WE do have an annual increase here in QBE and profit sharing if maka 1 year naka dere..

thanks sa quick reply bro.. aware man sila sa current salary ko. they asked for my total salary including allowances. and then they set expectations na they can't give the same. so they asked for minimum expected, but still taas gihapon according to the interviewer. but still i said i would have to think overnight.

the basic salary offered to me is higher than what i used to have several years ago with my current bpo, so i may still consider this, considering there's annual increase and the job offered to me is more on back office (10% voice ra).

i hope the offered salary is still negotiable when it comes to the hiring manager's interview =).
