ang song by avril for Mr. Uy "who do you have to make things so complicated?"
ang maayo ana...si wilson moi pabinisay-on nato....
Libog man hinoun ko TS, nganu dili man formal kung mag binisaya? Asa man sad na niya nakuha?
Wa man siguro na cya'y lingaw sa iyang kinabuhi.
Sayon ra ni..kung tagalogan ka sa sales person, tubaga ug binisaya...alangan patagalogon ni mr. uy ang customer hehe
OT: I'm really laughing at the posts :P if truly bisaya jud kamo, why use words like situwasyon(kabutang)? customer(pumapalit)? empleyado(kawani)? enclosed are the bisaya derivatives, why not use them?....the words you guys used are Filipino(which is again a standardized form--MEANING, gkuha sa iba-iba na mga dialects throughout the language plus foreign languages that have influenced our culture)
and again, Filipino is not Tagalog..... :P DYK suki in tagalog is parokya? and for cebuano it's tigpalitan (may cuz ako from the Quezon province, NOT METRO MANILA's Quezon City)
oh wait..languages always evolve(discounting Latin, coz its a dead language)...words merge, dialects merge, so trying to be proud of one's tongue is stupid and worthless...isn't the importance of language is COMMUNICATION? and that means getting the message through...making my post and everyone's burak2 as stupid as hell XP
OnT: guys, guys....if it's company policy to their employees, GTFO kay di man mo apil na, employed ba kamo diha? resign if di mu.ganahan or report sa DOLE if feel mo discriminated mo and not post your grievances(which itself is a cowardly act and does not directly solve your dilemma)....some hotels(kanang may stars ah) nga are enforcing English use sa employees, be it local or foreign clients....
if YOU, the customer, prefer to use a certain language(in this case, Bisaya) to communicate...just tell the one entertaining you(if he/she does know Bisaya---coz not all people here in Cebu are born and raised here, even your employers/investors) to speak Bisaya for easy communication
:P
