hi anyone here knows a very very very fast internet cafe .... what i mean is the speed of there connection ? im not talking about broadband speed of 300 to 500 kb/min ..... im looking for a really fast connection 1mb/min or even faster!!, im planning to download a really large file i dont want to take all day long!! any suggestions around here in cebu?

bnag! netopia has only less than 100kbps down... so one fourth ra ang speed pagdownload.
