hahaha!!! i think there is only one rule -- you should not wear briefs on top of boxers not unless you are superman...
either wearing one or the other or both doesn't matter so long as you are comfortable....hahaha

It depends what you want. It's your life after all. Although not normally worn together, who cares if you wear both at the same time. You certainly won't get arrested for it. LOL
