    Default Serious sleeping disorder :|


    once I have worked night shift for 3 or 6 months from 10 pm to 6 am then after that, I play dota from 7 am then sleep 2 pm, because I just can't sleep, I have 5-6 hours sleep everyday, and now I am currently not working...

    I sleep 2 to 3 hours per day.. dili sa sige kog duwa.. Dili lang jud ko katog, akong ge try nihegda 9 pm nepeyong ko, pero akong utok dli man ma shutdown. lol. mag compute pakog mga large numbers, ahaka, nya init kaau akong lawas. dli ko ka feel og kapoy pero na worry ko ma collapse naay adlaw wala koy tog for 25-30 hours straight. ga duwa rag dota 2 or movie marathon.. nisakit akong mata nipeyong2 rako, nakatog ko 3-5 hours ra then balik na pd sa routine.. nindot btaw ang dli makatog kay dghan mahemo sa work pero sooner or later madaot ko ani.. hahaizt.. i'm 22 years old, 5'3, kinda overweight. insomnia??

    insomnia na siya .. You need to sleep 8 hours man jud.. try to listen to music kanang mga bosa gani? para makatulog ka. Ako sa akong job sa una graveyard pud then everyweek muchange ang schedule like from 3AM nextweek 11PM napud, di jud maanad akong body and naay time di jud ko kasleep. Ang akong buhaton, maminaw ug music na makarelax sa brain nakagotch lage ko.. hehhe

    Suway ug exercise TS para mo lihok sad imong lawas. Lahi ra man ng work sa workout. Kung kana imong idota imo ng iexercise, maka tug nakag normal.

    just think of something na mka relax ka and duka.on ka its mind over matter but at first lisud jud nah bt if willing ka mka find rka ug way jud

    change your diet and take vitamins or food supplements
