    Default To much cardio will burn muscle? True Or False?


    Hey..
    Guys i just want to clear one thing.. Mostly people say that To much cardio in Tacoma gym will burn muscle during fat loss... is it true or not..??
    i think its true.. what is your opinion..

    Depende man na unsa ka daghan ang fat sa imong body ug how intense and how long is your cardio exercise.

    Take into consideration pila imong body fat percentage, imong calories intake and how much calories ma burn sa imong cardio exercise.

    If you're doing cardio and you're not supplying/eating the right nutrients then your body will look for another fuel... your muscle tissues.

    Fat loss and Weight loss are two different thing.

    Check the skin difference between those person doing pure cardio (runners), check those who are doing both cardio and weights.

    Focus in losing those Fats.

    It all depends on your goals. If you want to be thin and lean like a runner, then train hard for endurance cardio.
    If you want to be lean, ripped and muscular, then minimize it into a Short duration but HIGH intensity cardio to involve your muscles.
    If you want to bulk up and build really heavy mass, then mix your cardio into your weight lifting session. And no post workout cardio.

    yes. lain kau tan.awn ky ako mismo nakaexperience years ago. imong nawng namyahok mura kag adik and lots of stretchmarks, jogging everyday nya lagyo ug ruta ko that time. i looked like a holocaust victim, haha. ok exaj ra, but ngil.ad bitaw cya because mura tog naahat pag ayo.

    that nver happened again since then, was glad naulian ra ako nawng aftr a phase where i lost motivation again to exercise, cge eat out ug mag.sima2 sa wrk miskan gkan pa lunch.

    but now, i'm back on track again.

    basta ang concept ana, ag carbo mu-produce of fats if unused. kung mahurot na ang imo stored fats, ang imo na muscles and kuhaan sa imo body..
