I agree, for experience lang. Then she'll be amazed with the difference once she transferred to other BPO companies.


I'm just wondering, sa tanan account ug LOB's dire tag 15 mins ra jud ang break the whole shift? As far as I know, it is mandated by the government to have 2 15 mins break every 8-hour shifts.
