Free meal, unlimited snacks @ the pantry consisting of loaf bread w/ peanut butter and spread, noodles and pancit canton, banana or apple, biscuits, coffee, milo and milk 3. health insurance: Intellicare 4. attendance bonus of 1.2k per mo. and 6.2k quarterly and there's monthly performance bonus depending on w/c account you belong 5. lastly, i will never forget how Calltek cares..my family is a survivor of Typhoon Yolanda, Calltek's President handed me 30k, one client gave 42k and i was able to make use of the 20k emergency loan...my wife was from a diff callcenter, and all she got was a Yolanda T-shirt(w/c she paid) and a grocery worth of 500php?..never been blessed than being a Calltek employee..got regularized after 3months and hopefully Team Lead after 10months(got endorsed already)..yahoo!
